Chad's practice focuses on estate planning, which includes wills, trusts and related documents, as well as probate and litigation. Chad also represents individuals and private-sector employers on employment issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, leave laws, wage and hour regulations, severance agreements, and personnel policies. In addition, Chad represents school districts on a variety of issues, including personnel, special education, school policies and procedures, free speech, religion issues, student rights, student discipline, and search and seizure.
