Chad’s practice includes representation of companies, schools, individuals and families in a wide range of areas for over 10 years. Chad represents individuals and private-sector employers on employment issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, leave laws, wage and hour regulations, severance agreements, and personnel policies. His representation of school districts involves advising on a variety of issues, including personnel, special education, school policies and procedures, free speech, religion issues, student rights, student discipline, and search and seizure. Chad also represents clients with their estate planning and probate needs. He is available to assist individuals and families in drafting wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills, generation skipping trusts, educational trusts, and charitable trusts.
