Greg is a principal of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in business transactions, including the drafting and analysis of financing and security documents; business structuring, including incorporation and limited liability companies; real property transactions, both commercial and residential; homeowners' associations; estate planning; probate; and business succession planning.

Greg sat on both on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and was a founding director of the National Bank of Tukwila for over 13 years, which through several subsequent bank merger steps was merged into Wells Fargo Bank. For 19 years Greg served as a judge pro tem for several District and Municipal Courts in King County, including the Southwest District Court, the SeaTac Municipal Court, the Tukwila Municipal Court, and the Des Moines Municipal Court.
