Dave represents dozens of homeowner and condominium associations across King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. As an experienced homeowner association attorney, Dave assists his clients with issues such as assessment collection, covenant enforcement, litigation services, counseling boards of directors, and drafting governing documents.

In addition to homeowner association work, Dave's practice involves the representation of companies, contractors and landlords in civil litigation and transactional matters. Dave's transactional experience includes the drafting of operating agreements, purchase agreements, and financing and security documents. Dave also represents creditors in bankruptcy and provides debt relief services to individuals seeking protection under the bankruptcy code.
