Chad Horner to speak at 13th Annual King County Bar Association Seminar on Probates

Chad Horner, Curran Law Firm’s Managing Partner, will be presenting at the annual Probate Administration seminar at the end of October. This is a conference for attorneys sponsored by the King County Bar Association. This annual event is a comprehensive course that covers many aspects of a probate, including handling creditor claims, marshalling assets, working with trusts, and dealing with tax issues. Chad will discuss opening a probate and getting a personal representative appointed, as well as probate alternatives and identifying and administering nonprobate assets. Chad is a frequent speaker at probate and estate planning seminars for attorneys in King County, and is also a Pro Tem Commissioner with the King County Superior Court’s Ex Parte and Probate Department.
