Sam Chalfant

Sam Chalfant provides legal advice and litigation specific representation to school districts throughout the Puget Sound region. His primary work includes personnel matters, special education, and student discipline.

Sam graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and completed a master’s degree in education policy analysis at the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Education. During law school, Sam interned with the Education Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, externed with the Civil Litigation Unit of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and earned membership in the Order of the Coif. He also served as summer intern with a Seattle firm that represents school districts and municipalities.
